The Call Center Professionals At ReaderBoards.com Have Built A Glossary of Industry Terms They Want To Share With Other Websites.

Call center community site now offers website developers a free content-link to its member-developed glossary of industry terms

RIVERSIDE, NJ -- ReaderBoards.com, announced today that it is offering its member-developed glossary of industry related terms as content to other web sites.

Instructions for website administrators and webmasters are available at the ReaderBoards.com site on the www.readerboards.com/Glos/Help/ page. The glossary can be accessed as a text entry field, or as hypertext links embedded directly into pages.

``I may be a little biased about this, but I believe our members have produced a glossary of industry terms that is second to none'' Said John Repici, Site administrator. ``Members have access that allows them to add new terms and edit existing ones in real-time, so the terms are always current and corrections are made quickly.''

Webmasters linking to this content will appreciate the ``Creativyst(tm) Glossary'' software used. It lets them define a primary glossary and a list of up to five alternate glossaries around the web to look in when a term is not found.

It also provides ReaderBoards.com with a list of all the terms that could not be found in their glossary, so they can add new entries in direct response to inquiries.
