ReaderBoards.com Introduces News In Queue™ Shared Content

A highly selective listing limited to the most interesting and relevant news about the call center industry.

RIVERSIDE, NJ -- 17-Dec-2001 -- ReaderBoards.com, announced today that it is offering a scroller of it's News In Queue(tm) section free for display on other web sites.

News In Queue(tm) offers current call center industry news stories along with a searchable, full-text archive of call center news.

The scroller displays headlines from the seven most recent stories on News In Queue and allows visitors to click through to the full text of each.

Website administrators who wish to display the scroller on their sites will find instructions in the ReaderBoards.com site at:   http://www.readerboards.com/O/NIQ/Help

``By not requiring a minimum daily number of entries we end up with a listing that contains only those stories with real relevance to call center professionals.'' explains John Repici, site administrator. ``This strategy permits stories to be added entirely on the basis of their relevance without regard to an arbitrarily enforced minimum.''

On average, this has meant four or five news stories per week, with some weeks producing a large number of stories and others producing only one or two.

``As this process goes on, the ebb and flow of interesting news conveys important information about the industry in and of itself.'' says Mr. Repici.

The scroller also links viewers to a full year of news headlines listed along with brief descriptions. Visitors may click to the full text of the stories as well.

Members also have a full-text search facility available to them. Because of the focused nature of News In Queue(tm). searching a term like 'VoiceXML' or 'Speech Recognition' returns an exceptionally useful listing of related news stories.
